Cuish Tobasiche Agave Spirits 750ml
Cuish Tobasiche from Francisco Garcia Leon is produced in San Guillermo, Miahuatlan, Oaxaca, Mexico. Francisco and his son Raul work together at their palenque located just off the freeway between Ejutla and Miahuatlan de Porfirio Diaz. The harvested agaves are cooked in an underground stone-lined oven, milled by a horse-drawn tahona, naturally fermented in Montezuma Cypress vats, and twice distilled in a copper with refrescadera still.
