I’ve had cheap cheap tequila to Don Julio Real. This by far was the smoothest.

This is the second time I have ordered this tequila from Old Town since December. Neither order ever arrived. The shipper GLS “lost” both shipments, after first claiming they were delivered and showing a mystery signature, not mine. I wish I could say Old Town was helpful in resolving these thefts, but no. My problemo. I am starting to believe that Old Town and GLS are running some sort of scam, not really shipping and claiming insurance? It’s the only thing that makes sense to me. And, again, it would be ok, if Old Town was even nice about the problem, THEIR PROBLEM. But, alas, no. They are simply not concerned with their customers, and I am done until they stop shipping with GLS. Wasted way too much of our time trying to resolve THEIR problems.

I found this to be a boring extra anejo. Drinks like an anejo, lacking complexity.
I would not order again, nor recommend.

For an extra anejo, I was not impressed. It was not as complex as I’ve become used to with other comparable extra anejos.
Packing and bottle appearance where A+, however the contents were lackluster. I’m a big fan of Avion, just didn’t taste much in the bottle.

Superb Spirit! Immaculately crafted and very tasteful. Highly recommended to all the tequila aficionados. Incredibly smooth, rich, and complex flavor profile. The nose has notes of vanilla and cappuccino. You can pick up notes of mango and tres leches cake, Perfect amount of smoky and spice on the finish. The agave flavor is not lost and reminds you it’s indeed tequila. Extremely satisfied! Salud/Cheers

Very nice bouquet (hints of vanilla and caramel), super smooth, no after taste. Well worth the price!

This rates among my top tequilas: along with Clause Azul and Cincoro. Excellent taste and finish.

Packaging probably drives the price up. This is one heavy bottle.
