Cutwater Extra Anejo Tequila 750ml
“Our Extra Añejo is crafted in Tequila, Mexico with 100% blue agave that’s slow cooked in traditional brick ovens, open fermented, and double distilled in “alambique” stills made of stainless and copper. The spirit is then rested in Cutwater whiskey barrels that we ship to Jalisco from our San Diego distillery. After aging for over three years, our remarkably smooth Extra Añejo emerges with a rich mahogany hue and deep notes of vanilla, caramel, and oak. It is then bottled in Jalisco, and its label features the hand-drawn skull of Rayador (Black Skimmer sea bird). Inspired by classic Mexican folk imagery, the illustration also serves as a nod to the Cutwater name.
