The man on our bottle, St Kevin, stood apart and this gin means to do the same. Hand crafted using botanicals sustainably foraged from what grows wild in the mountains around our distillery, what we pick goes straight into the still fresh. Non-chill-filtered, natural botanical oils may cloud when mixed – that’s a good thing!
