Produced with Dasylirion (a desert plant related to the agave). Matures for several months in American oak barrels, enhancing the robust aromas of dry fine herbs of rosemary, chamomile and rue, as well as classic aromas of vanilla and desert grass, harmonize with the sweet taste of carmel and well-cooked fruits such as fig, date and biznaga.
