Aroma and flavor: Smooth aroma with notes of cooked agave and oak accompanied by dark chocolate, apple and coffee. Cooked agave flavor, intense wood, chocolate bitter, apple and caramel.
Aging: 36 months.

Hints of vanilla, Carmel and butterscotch. Has some pepper burnt agave on back end but mellow and smooth
