Mezcal Sombra De Oaxaca
Cellar/Tasting Sombra Mezcal – Fire, Rock and Earth – That’s all it takes. Espadin Agave are hand harvested on the steep slopes of the Oaxacan Sierra. The hearts are slowly roasted in a rock pit over a mesquite fire and then ground, brewed, and expertly distilled. The result is a smooth, organic mezcal with a distinct sweet and smoky taste. Truly one of the finest spirits produced on and of the earth.
