A signature blend of double and triple distilled malts, with soft grain whiskey and a hint of peated malt, inspired by the legends of Domegal coast.
The Silkie is 30% Malt (15% double distilled single malt BBN cask, 13% triple distilled single malt sherry cask, and 2% triple distilled single malt sherry cask peated at 55PPM), 70% soft grain (maize) whiskey virgin oak.

Silkie Irish Whiskey is so incredibly smooth that I think they should change the old saying, “Smooth as silk,” to “Smooth as Silkie.” I’m not a big whiskey drinker but I bought this on a recommendation from an Irish friend. I’m so glad I did! The flavor is amazing, and again, it’s very smooth. I highly recommend it. Old Town Tequila was great to order from. Fast delivery and huge selection. Highly recommend them too!
